As a Jr. Web Developer you have a flair for dev designing and a keen interest in full stack web development. You will create web products and pages from given briefs, creatives, design and develop sites, landing pages, emailers, etc.

  • Create best-in-class object-oriented code. Ensure that all code meets the highest standards of performance, functionality, security, and compatibility.

  • Communicate with stakeholders and executive management to understand goals, and present recommendations.
  • An effective team collaborator, strong communicator. Use Email, Skype, and Whatsapp or similar technologies for effective and efficient communications.
  • Ability to handle multiple project and module developments at the same time.
  • Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.

Your technical skills are expected to meet at the least the following needs:

  • Design and build advanced applications for the Web based on popular CMS like Wordpress, Joomla, Magento etc.
  • Experience building user interfaces and developing responsive design websites that are SEO friendly.
  • Be responsible for both back-end and front-end development, including creating WordPress themes and plugins. Requires you to have a combination of programming skills (namely PHP, HTML5, CSS3,) and design aesthetics, web fonts with web typography.
  • Excellent UI/UX development and upto date knowledge in HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, JavaScript, and jQuery. Working knowledge of performance optimization with these technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Work with both internal and external data sources and API’s via relevant methods (REST, SOAP, JSON, etc)
  • DevOps knowledge - build tools, cloud deployment and maintenance (AWS).
  • Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.
  • Work on bug fixing and improving application performance
  • Strong coding morality including object oriented design, source control, unit testing, documentation, etc.
  • Working knowledge of the general web landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies.
