We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated Sales Intern to join our growing company. If you’re an ambitious individual who wants to build a career in sales then we want to work with you.
We are seeking Sales interns to work side-by-side with our passionate, hard-working Sales team. You will work all-around sales from prospecting new leads, to building relationships, educating clients about Smartly Built products and services, and even closing deals.

YOU are great at prospecting potential clients, working with customers and making them feel great! You will be talking with customers on a daily basis. You leave customers delighted, because you are BRILLIANT at customer service and sales.

YOU will get a great understanding of our products and pitch them to potential customers. You will bring out the benefit of our client’s products and be comfortable presenting them to anyone! You will do this by taking care of our clients existing customers and acquiring new ones.

YOU will represent and deliver an amazing face to face customer service and sales experience. You will be representing one of the best and largest products bootstrapped in the country!

YOU will make it your priority to provide the best customer experience! You will build and maintain quality relationships.

Your bottom line is to bring in sales leads through your own efforts for Smartly Built Products and Services.

  • You are expert at Social Media Platforms and learn how to engage directly with target profiles, have strong follow ups, and client management skills.
  • Grow Smartly Built business by profiling potential partners, affiliates and influencers.
  • Manage a high volume of leads, conduct introductory calls, educate clients on Smartly Built products and services.
  • Make a high-volume of outbound calls to local business owners, across all verticals, each day (80+). Your mission is to help close deals.
  • You are pro-actively and consistently building company brand and relationship with the community.
  • You have strong communications and are consistently report your progress.
  • You are coachable, implement feedback, and are dedicated to consistent self improvement.
  • Have demonstrated sales aptitude, with relentlessly high standards (you’re never satisfied with mediocrity).
  • Are assertive, persistent, a good listener, and persuasive.
  • Are genuinely curious about people, local businesses, and possess the innate ability to inspire passion in others.
  • Adapt to new situations quickly and think on your feet. When faced with new challenges, or tough conversations, failure simply isn't an option.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Currently enrolled undergraduate student studying sales, marketing or communications. Must have a passion for sales.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Speaking English is a must.
  • Outstanding multitasking abilities.
  • Strong work ethic. Willingness to learn on the job and share experiences with other members of the team.
  • Participants must be driven, have an entrepreneurial spirit and be results-oriented.
  • You require no learning curve and jump right in on day one.
  • 4 months internship.
  • Paid stipend at Rs. 10,000 a month. Paid end of each month.
  • WE will provide quality training to ensure you are able to excel in our Customer Service and Sales Representative role. We are excited to help you hit your professional goals.
  • Possibility to convert to Full Time position. Positions are only available to those who earn it! We don’t give positions away.
